Boss Grind HC range

This low mist and low evaporation loss universal grinding oil performs very well. It is based on a highly refined, aromatic compound free base oil (hydro crack oil) of the highest quality. The product is free of chlorine and heavy metals like lead, zinc and barium. Grind HC is used for working on steel, aluminium, hard and non-ferrous metals. This grinding oil is low in emissions and its evaporation loss, based on Noack, is excellent in respect of oil vapour formation at low product viscosity. Grind HC is suitable for use with vitrified, electroplated and resin-bonded CBN grinding wheels and for conventional corundum and sinter corundum and for diamond-coated grinding wheels.

Boss Grindoil Syn Carbide-HSS

This low mist and low evaporation loss high-performance gridning oil was developed specially for working on HSS steels and hard metals. It is based on a fully synthetic, aromatic compound free base oil (PAO) of the highest quality. The product is free of chlorine and heavy metals like lead, zinc and barium.

Boss Grindoil Universal range

The high-performance grinding oils in the Boss Grindoil Universal range are especially suitable for flute grinding and swing grinding. These grinding oils are excellent for working on HSS and HSSE steel, high-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals and aluminium. This product range is available in viscosities of 10 to 32.
