More and more high accurate small cutting tools offer to IT industry. They have purchased high precision machine, such as Rollomatic, Ttb, Saacke, Walter, Anca, etc. Have constant temperature room, have high precision measuring machining and so on, But ignore the grinding oil temperature stable control, as we knew 0.1°C temperature stable control is very hard, But we can do it and will be happy to share with you.

A. Electrostatic Oil Mist Purification Systems

High efficient oil mist purification. ≥ 0.3 µm particles could purificate achieved to 95%. To solve the problem of air pollution and prevent oil mist burst.

B. Direct Chiller System Patented Design

After filtration 100% hot clean oil direct into the chiller system, and to get 100% clean oil cooling, whole tanks was been cooling by chillers. So we can get stable temperature control within +/- 0.1°C for smaller tools grinding.
